Week stay

I could not fault this family run bed and breakfast. Lovely clean rooms and serviced well. On arrival a clearly marked map is given to help you. Food was excellent and brilliant choice. No more cooked breakfasts for me for a while now. Anything you need is never any trouble. Thank you for welcoming me.

Wonderful ! Wunderbar ! Trop bien !

We regretfully left Albyn guest house. We really enjoyed our stay as the room was calm and comfortable, as the hôtesse Lydie, who speaks a pretty good french 😉 welcomed us warmly both with the way she talked and the food she cooked for breakfast. Furthermore, even though the b&b isn't in the heart of the city centre walking there was enjoyable may it be daytime or nightime. The neighbourhood is nice with its numerous restaurants and the Meadows Park.
Hope you'll enjoy Edinburgh as much as we did !

There is nothing that I would change about the Albyn Townhouse! From the quiet location to the cleanliness- excellent! The breakfast menu was the best B&B selection we have ever come across. The food was prepared wonderfully with eye pleasing presentation.
The decor and furnishings made for a cozy atmosphere. Beds were great!
The staff made us feel that they were there to make us happy on our vacation. Erika was most pleasant and helpful.
If you plan to go to Edinburgh, this is your place.
Thanks to the staff!

Perfect B&B, includes parking spots, if required

We just left Albyn Townhouse and I would not hesitate to refer anyone there while in Edinburgh. The hosts were amazing (nice, attentive to detail), breakfasts were great, like caption awesome, room clean, with all that we needed. We felt that we were staying at a relative's house. Great job!
